At Westbank, we don't use InfoCentre. We use Apollo from Biblionix. But its got such good support for this kind of thing I thought I'd pass it on. Apollo supports labels, postcards, and can even do a one-step mail merge, gnereating a PDF full of complete form letters ready to go. So I told him I was going to ask all CTLS members to send an e-mail asking that this feature be added to their next update. Regards, Faye
