The form 470 must be posted 28 days before you can file the 471. I'm not sure what made me look at the USAC site today but I'm glad I did or I'd have missed the deadline. We only ask for phone service but it is still several thousand dollars a year! The City manager would not have been happy with me come July 1. Just thought I'd pass the info along in case you all want to pass it along, maybe I'm not the only one who forgot about it.
