An old hand-cranked egg beater or other simple tool (no knives, please) would be appropriate together. Make the display high enough so that little fingers couldn't touch. Christine Bessent of San Saba had a display of parenting books in and around an old bassinet, with a stuffed animal or two and an old baby bottle & blanket. Think creatively when it comes to displays! Use a piece of fabric or a tablecloth as a backdrop, with boxes underneath to make different height "pedestals" for your materials. Thanks, Nancy!
