Betsy Engelbrecht gave me an idea yesterday regarding the turnaround
time survey. She suggested emailing me the information. My first
reaction was a negative. I still had to turn in the paper work to TSL
and I must enter the data on their web pages. The paper work was
necessary. But when I looked at the forms to mail out I realized all I
needed was your receipt date on them. So I will use the email system
from ILLiad. I will send you an email requesting receipt dates. This is
different from the return information you send us on the arrival emails,
so do not get confused. I will place in all caps TURNAROUND TIME so you
can tell the difference from these emails and the arrival emails.

When you receive a TURNAROUND TIME email from the ILLiad system please
respond by letting us know the day you received the item from the
lender. If you have not received the item hold on to the email until you
receive it. Hit reply to the email and let us know the received dated. I
will note your received date on the ILLiad form.  THIS WILL SAVE MAILING
BACK THE FORMS. 

We will still send you the collection form for Austin Public Library
material that we collect turnaround time data on, just return that
information with the books. 

Technically TAT is just this week but I must collect a certain number of
forms so it may go one more week. I will stop as soon as get the
required number of responses from you.

Thanks for all you do. Thanks Betsy for the suggestion!  I sent some
emails out to Killeen. Hopefully they will respond as their material
arrives from the lender. More will go out today and next week.
