This looks very interesting, although the first day conflicts with CTLS'
Exploring Technology Conference. So many conferences, so little time...

"Exploring the Depth of Our Roots"

The Latin@ Leadership Summit is one of the largest leadership
conferences for Latin@ students in the Southwest, drawing students from
universities across the country and from high schools throughout Texas.

The overall goal of the Latin@ Leadership Summit is to encourage
students to become involved in their school and community, successful in
education and service, and enhance skills necessary to become future
leaders and role models.

Its theme this year, "Exploring the Depth of Our Roots", is
meant to shed light upon grassroots activism and leadership.

Registration will be $30 and can be done on-line or at the
Latin@ Leadership Summit located on the 1st floor of the SSB(Student
Services Building) at the Multi-Cultural Information Center.
