Betty Crelia Horton, one of the founders of the McGinley Memorial Library in McGregor, is retiring!
A retirement reception will be held at the library from 4 to 6 pm tomorrow, Thursday, December 18. Betty has a new name and a new marriage. Her retirement is certainly well-deserved.
