Happy Holidays!  
For those of you who reimburse tuition costs for employees, does anyone have a 
contract template for the expectation of repayment?  Our policy states that if 
employee leaves the library's employment voluntarily within 12 months after 
receiving tuition reimbursement, he or she is expected to pay it back.  Does 
anyone have a form for this?
