[ctls-l] Question about construction costs

Does anyone know where I can find estimates of construction costs for
libraries in Texas.  I've contacted TSLAC but no one's called me back.  I've
also searched LitLit and LISTA with no luck.  I find lots of other states
but not Texas.  I'm a lurker on your list-sevr, since I miss my CTLS buddies
so much.  This is for my boss so any help would be appreciated.  RoseAleta
