This isn't exactly a cow guy per se, but there's a guy around the Lockhart area called Fry's Fun Farm and he has all kinds of petting animals from the farm, goats, etc. You should be able to find him in the phone book and I know he drags those poor animals all over God's Creation. RoseAleta
