Russlene Waukechon sent me the announcement below about radio spots which will be broadcast in the Austin area in the near future. Listen up!
Hello all: We are pleased to announce that radio spots endorsed by the Texas State Library and Archives Commission will be airing in the Austin area soon! The announcements tell listeners of the powerful community resources they have available to them, with library services available both on-site and on-line. A file of the ad will be posted on the Texas State Library home page at www.tsl.state.tx.us soon for your listening convenience. The radio spots are scheduled to run in the Central Texas area February 16 through March 9 on the following stations: KHFI at 96.7, KLBJ at AM 590, KVET at 98.1, and KKMJ at 95.5. Please help us rate the impact of these announcements by sending anecdotes and/or gate counts and database usage counts for the month before the ads are run and the month during which the ads are run. Visit www.texshare.edu/statistics/radiospots.html for more information. Feedback and statistics can be sent by e-mail to [email protected]. If you have questions or comments about the radio communications, please contact Russlene Waukechon, TexShare Database Coordinator, at [email protected] or call 512-463-0188.
