Subject: We Shall Remain

On April 13, the largest American Experience series ever produced will

start airing on local PBS television stations. The five ninety-minute

episodes focus on key events in American Indian history from the 1620s
to

the 1973s. A number of libraries across the country are organizing
events

related to the television series. Here in Austin, the Bob Bullock Texas

State History Museum is hosting two public screening events on 4 and 11

May. I will be moderating the public discussion at the 4 May screening.
I

am also serving on the national advisory board for the television
series.

I am available to provide local public libraries with free public

programming related to the series. Such a program might include viewing

trailers for the series, hosting book discussions, or group discussions

around topics related to the series. Dates I am available are: April
13,

April 14, April 15, April 20, the week of April 27, and May 1-6.

Librarians may contact me via email.

Cheers,

Minnesota Chippewa Tribe)
