See below for specific answers. Our policy (and many others) is posted on the
CTLS website under member libraries.

Hope this helps.

Subject: [ctls-l] Interlibrary Loan policy

Does your library charge for interlibrary loans? If so, how much? Also, how
would patrons who fill out ILLs online be charged? We don't charge for ILL. We
do ask for the postage to return the item--whatever it cost to get it here we
assume will be the correct amount. We don't have a way for patrons to fill out
ILL's online, but even if we did, we would only be able to put the postage
charge on after it got here (we just add it to their patron record as a special
charge).

Do you have a limit per card? If so, how much? Yes, three.

Do you charge a fee if the item is not picked up or refused because they don't
want it anymore? If it gets here the charge is on their record and we will
eventually collect whether they came to get the book or not.
