It's not too early to begin thinking about nominating someone (or
yourself!) for the TALL Texans Leadership Development Institute that the
Texas Library Association hosts every summer. Although the cost may seem
high, scholarships are available. Many divisions and round tables of TLA
contribute to the TALL Texans fund, so don't let a lack of $ hold you
back.

CTLS' own Suzan Nyfeler is a recent TALL Texans graduate, as are Susan
Mann (Hillsboro), Bill Buckner (Waco), Rose Aleta Laurell (formerly of
Lockhart), Irma Flores-Manges (Austin), Jo Ann Oliphant, Sheila
Henderson (formerly in Georgetown and Brenham), Terri Hugo (Waco), Bev
Shirley (TSL), Sue Bennett (TSL), Ted Wanner (TLA), Gretchen Pruett
(formerly of Georgetown), Jenny Ur (formerly of Brenham), Katherine
DiPronio (Georgetown), Debra Lewis (formerly of Pflugerville), Sarah
Samson (Round Rock and Lake Travis).

Thanks!
