Hello CTLS Members: We are (and have been for some time) struggling with a way to devise a good, accessible, and easily taught and understood method to train teen and adult volunteers how to shelve books. It is our goal that before summer, and a new crop of volunteers gets here, we revise our current training method and institute a new one. If any of you are willing to share any of your experience and ideas with us we would be very grateful - all ideas, any tips, training material, or insights that you have-things that have worked at your library and things that have not worked would be most appreciated.
