Subject: [syscon-tx] Upcoming Webinar: "Revisiting the E-rate Program"
-Wed. March 24, 2-3 PM (Central)

Please join us for another Webinar Wednesday!

The Schools and Libraries Program of the Universal Service Fund,
commonly known as E-rate, has been around for over a decade, but is
still not widely understood by libraries that could be taking advantage
of discounts in three categories of service: telecommunications
services, Internet access, and internal connections.

On Wednesday, March 24, 2010, 2-3 PM (Central), Henry Stokes, Library
Technology Consultant and the Texas E-rate Coordinator for the Texas
State Library and Archives Commission, will give an overview of the
program, the major steps involved in the application process, will
answer some frequently asked questions and will debunk a few existing
myths.
