Can't speak to all the "strange lifestyle" practices, but from
personal usage, I can tell you that colloidal silver is an excellent
and effective antibiotic and can easily be made for pennies a quart.
(You only need a few teaspoons to knock out most infections.) Even
purchased at a healthfood store, it is relatively inexpensive. You
can find it in any healthfood store.
