"Unexplained Phenomena" (Accord Publishing, Ltd.) for Jan. 2,
1999.
Did a methane bubble released from the ocean floor mix with
oxygen in the atmosphere and explode as the plane flew near
it?
The calendar says that these earth "burps" "could be the
explanation of other mysterious offshore 'booms' reported
widely."
