The USPS will kick off the increase in first class stamps from 32 cents
to 33 cents with a stamp that features the Chinese Year of the Hare.
Happy New year is written in Chinese and English.
Food for thought:
1) Did the Slickster give more than technology to the Chinese for
campaign funds and this stamp a forewarnig, a clue?
2) Does the Grand Orient Branch of Masonry have a 32nd and 33rd
degeree and this is somehow symbolic of that. Perhaps a cultural
transition or a sign that a move is going to be made?
3) Etc.
