so they're recently engaged President Clinton to write a

This column will feature intimate letters written by and to
President Bill Clinton.

Here's a selection from the satire:
"We'll begin 'Dear Mr. President ...' in our March issue," says
Nevada Lahon, Senior Editor of Hustler. "The first few letters
will be from young women -- primarily in their late teens and
early twenties – describing what they'd like to do sexually with
and to the president. Each will be followed by a presidential
response in which the president clarifies exactly what each girl
is talking about and why each act referred to, no matter how
explicit or blatantly sexual, will not be construed as sexual
intercourse.
