Voting on line with out a computer...
Have you ever used a fax retrieval system?
Right now it is possible to vote electronically with out a computer.
1) Everyone must vote in the area where they are registered.
2) This is a local call where ever.
3) When you called in, you could have a voter id number
so the system prompts you for your pen number
4) Before you ever entered your number, the voting do-dad
already used caller id to varify the phone call came from
your residents.
This allows registered voters of the same family do their thing.
Just like the maze you go through in a fax retrieval system, anyone
with a touch tone could vote from home....
ET vote from home.
