Recently we have been attempting to get the media to wake up and look at the possibilities of a government take over of the United States before, or during the year 2000. We sent out an article which we wrote called "Wake Up And Smell The Conspiracy." This article was published in the local paper, The Westport News (Friday, January 15, 1999). We hope that you will follow and forward our article, or at least the information on FEMA to your local media. TV stations, radio stations and newspapers. It's imperative that this information get out. The public must be aware of what the government may have in store for unexacting citizens. We are hopping to pull together a media package to send to the newspapers, TV, and radio stations in our area and we urge you to do the same. This information must get out and be seen. If it is ignored any longer it may be too late to do anything. And as we have said many times. If FEMA comes into power of the US there is no contingency plan by which FEMA's powers will be revoked. ********** 2. Government Control Of Broadcasting Systems? We have recently received numerous E-mails concerning a change in the Emergency Broadcast System, the system which is used on all broadcasting systems in case of an emergency. "That system has been replaced. All legal radio and TV stations, at the touch of a federal button, shut down and only authorized broadcasts will be heard. That means at any time the Fed deems necessary they can shut down all of our broadcast communications! Can you say martial law?" After a recent test of this new EBS the following message was transmitted. "A CIVIL AUTHORITY HAS ISSUED A REQUIRED MONTHLY TEST FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES/AREAS: ALL WASHINGTON AT 3:05 PM ON JAN. 4, 1999 EFFECTIVE UNTIL 3:35 PM." A civil authority? That's a clear sign of FEMA, the Federal Emergency Management Agency. As we have all been warned before FEMA will be "unleashing a 1/2 million National Guard Troops against US Citizens in response to anticipated panic, riots, pandemonium, looting, and lawlessness because of the Y2K (Year 2000) Computer microchip crash." This is only the start of it. First FEMA gains control of the broadcasting systems, TV, Radio. Then what? What's next? Some fear it may to too late. Maybe it is. ********* 3. Wright-Patterson AFB...UFO Tracking Station? Many investigators believe that there are Air Force Bases (AFB) around the country which have special units dealing with extraterrestrial intelligence and possibly the technology that has been recovered. There is the infamous Area 51, the supposed Dulce base and then there's Wright-Patterson AFB. Wright-Patterson has been the topic of UFO conspiracy since before Area 51 or Dulce were ever noted. After the famous Roswell crash the debris were loaded onto B-29 and shipped directly to a group of hangers in Wright-Patterson which were restricted only to a few personnel. Wright-Patterson has supposedly received other shipments of downed space craft. In 1948 a saucer is said to have crashed in Aztec, New Mexico and bodies were recovered. Everything was shipped to Wright-Patterson. Captain Bruce Cathie once said, "The scientific laboratory there, set up for the purpose, was described as a complex of buildings covering a large area and staffed by many of the world's top scientists." We contacted a friend who formally worked at Wright-Patterson from 1970-1983 and he told us that during his time there the government was expanding the part of the base which was restricted access to everyone. Even those who had the highest security on the base. He said that from what he could see they were creating some kind of "underground rooms." He also said that there is rumors that a vault exists somewhere on the grounds which may contain the bodies of recovered aliens, however he's never seen it himself. Senator Barry Goldwater was denied access to a building at Wright-Patterson because it was classified "Above Top Secret." So is Wright-Patterson a secret alien tracking station? Recent photos from the base, as well as recent expansion and odd occurrences seem to point to yes. Huge UFO Report In The Making We at the SGRA have taken on the task of making a large UFO report. Included are stunning photographs of ancient pictures which show seem to indicate that UFOs and aliens were a thing of the past as well as the present. Also we will include sighting reports, investigations, extensive looks at the government's investigations into UFOs as well as much, much, more. We will touch many topics, and are hoping to have an encyclopedia of UFO terms by the end. We are also going to include argument from the skeptics view on UFOs. We'll keep you informed of our progress. Expect it to be at least a month before the report is ready to be released. Got something you want included? A sighting you've had, or just a comment?
