I AM FORWARDING THE FOLLOWING EMAIL You can read what he says.... simply put, he checked out the story... which is more than I did before I passed it on... he checked the paper, the police, the detective... all are bogus... This is a good lesson for us all. Just because something sounds like it could very well be true, it doesn't mean we should pass it on without checking further. I should have checked this myself. I apologize For those of you who saw Primary colors with John Travolta... do you remember how Travolta's character was able to get his arrest expunged from his record? If the Travolta character could do this, I expect James Carviell is capable of doing almost anything. I wouldn't put anything past James Carville. I wouldn't put this bogus story past him. It is possible that James himself is behind the story. He could have put it out to try to discredit all of us internet right wing conspiracy nuts. He could have put it out to cover up something that is about to break in the press. If such a "domestic vilence" story does break, then the waters will be so murky than no one will be able to sort things out. Feel free to make the phone calls to the appropriate places and see what you can find out. Also... do what I am doing and forward out the retraction to everyone you sent the story to. We HAVE to be more responsible than the mainstream press. We when make a mistake or send out wrong information.... we have to correct it....ALL of us. How else can we think we are better that the controlled media?
