I can check this with ONE ten cent phone call to the Scottish Office.
This has the smack of americana about it - ie. USA spooks putting a nearly
american threat in the heads of people just geographically far enough away
not to be too alarming to the locals.
That's why IMO UFO stuff is seen over mexico city and never in the States.
