months, and we want a group of witnesses called, and cross examined.
Something does not become truth because it is taped during a telephone

What does "guilty/innocent" mean in a trial?
When there is no positive evidence "guilty/innocent" is not a
fact, it is only what the jury thinks.

JURY VERDICTS / BELIEFS
When juries decide someone to be innocent when in fact
they committed the crime, does the "innocent" verdict mean
the crook is actually innocent or does it mean the jury was
IGNORANT and made a FALSE finding?
juries have declared people to be guilty of crimes and later
through dna (and the like) the jury's verdict has been proven
to be false.
Because a jury has declared an innocent man to be guilty
does that make it so or does that only prove an IGNORANT
JURY made a FALSE DECISION?
#1 When a jury declares a verdict, that does not make it a
fact.
#2 If a jury declares a guilty man innocent, that does not make
it a fact. It proves the ignorant/false decision of a jury.

JURY VERDICTS /FACTS
When finger prints, dna, video tapes ... undeniable facts are
given to a jury, it is no longer beliefs they must base their
decisions on, but they KNOW the truth.
#3 When factual evidence is presented to a jury, they have
knowledge of the defendants innocent or guilt.

Under criminals code, criminals/felons are defined by
specific acts.
There are no exceptions that
* The person must be found guilty
* The person must be tried.
#4 criminals/felons are established on the basis of committing
specific acts.
For two years we have seen the news about the investigation
of the little beauty queen who was murdered the day after Christmas.
#5 If this killer is never found, does that mean he is not a murderer?
#6 If this killer was found and was not brought to trial because he/she
had connections with high government officials, does that mean he
is not a murderer?

Criminals/felons are established by committing specific acts.
#7 There are thousands of people in prisons for committing such
acts (as defined under criminal code). Has the law branded
these people criminals?
#8 If Clinton has done exactly THE SAME THINGS that others have
been branded criminals for and imprisoned, then tell me
why Clinton is not a criminals?

Every Clinton Lemmings who supports him is willing to allow a
criminial to hold the highest office in America.
The ONLY difference between Clinton than others who have
commited the SAME crimes is they are shamed and imprisoned.
