Workers get flown down to here daily from Los Vegas and these workers don't need to get left in toxic no health care limbo because they have to work there. The huge piles of dirt and mining shaft operations are definite signs A51 has gone underground. This site has DOE origins and many of the RADAR dark systems ideas come from DOE science---many of the first techniques used nuclear emission in air to absorb the Radio wave energy to make the RADAR dark planes and even ships. Many of the early techniques were very contaminating of the environment. The new resistive panel designs or passive absorber techniuques don't do this.
