Sure thing, snoOwl.   It's really pretty elementary.  I remember an instructor
in junior high who explained to us that when you took Democrats all the way to
the left, you found Communism; and when you took Republicans all the way to
the right, you found Fascism.  He explained those were the dangers, and that
when we became adults we should all be careful to see to it that our politics
(no matter what) did not degenerate into either extreme.   I still think it
was rather good advice.  Prudy
