It looks as if CTRL may be able to topicize itself and with lsoft's program be
able to give readers what they want, AND only what they want. It will take
some time to implement, but I am excited about the ability for readers to
choose topics and/or just news-info exchange.
Another option for readers that wish to cut down on their mailbox size is to
set an option for nomail. Then you will recieve no mail but be able to post
and read in either archive. I do find lsofts archives to be always very
uptodate and sometimes see post their before they show up in my mailbox.
To do this one would send the command SET CTRL NOMAIL [to:]
