From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Today, December 12, I had a few hours conversation with Roger-Rene' Dagobert de' Groucy. The direct and treu descendant of Dagobert II. I will share some of the conversation here in this post. The story is his and not mine. Anyone interested in direct contact with M.Dagobert, please e-mail me for his e-mail and postal address, as he has much to offer. He states with certainty that the M. Pierre' Plantard is an imposter and explained in detail, some which I did not fully understand, Plantard's reason for the impersonation. But centers on money and power. He also claims the Priory of Sion does NOT exist in modern day, but is the creation of Plantard and friends for semi-political prupose and to be used to claim what it rightfully in the Dagobert family. M.Daogbert explains that the "treasure" of Rennes -Le- Chateau was first discovered by Dagobert II's second wife, Giselle de Razes, after they were married at RLC. It was NOT found prior to that, so it is both Merovingian and Visigoth by marriage. The wealth he discovered there financed the reconquest of Aquitaine, and many other military and political operations throughout history. This is the same treasure rediscovered by Boudet/Saunier and in time, the Nazi SS discovered the same wonderful treasure of RLC. There are many names involved here including Napolean and Mitteraund. The treasure seems to have been known by a select few and it is so vast a treasure, that it does have the power to change history, via financing military and political situations. The treasure, as M. Dagobert explained to me is a massive gold and iron mine in the area of Rennes Le Chateau, first discovered by Giselle. M.Dagobert has what he considers his own "incontrovertible truth" to all of this and is sending me all his paperwork and notes on said subject. I was speaking to him with the help of an interpretor, and even though I am American and do not speak French, I could hear the excitement and certainty in his voice. Both he and his wife laughed at my questioning of Plantard and the Priory. His explaination of a gold mine fits as well into the picture as all the other theories. Explains Sauniers little nature walks etc. Also Saunier was corrupted by money and his little forrays with occult/esoteric Parisian society, henceforth the deathbed denial of absolution. Also can be construed as the secret in Poussin's letter. If anyone on the list is fluent in French, I advise you to write him, he is a true and recognized descendant of Dagobert and has many answers to our riddle. He claims this is the same treasure that financed the SS, it is the Nazi Gold of myth. He is eager to speak, but a bit cautious and NOT out to make money. After a few years of being enthralled by this subject, I too wanted to believe it was more than just this. I am not disappointed in what I have learned, it is still a fascinating subject. But at this point I have a better time believing a Dagobert descendant than the always suspect Plantard. I await the letters and papers from M.Dagobert, when I get them, I will most certainly share with you all. I am not writing a book, nor do I have a hidden agenda of my own. I was as curious as you and had to find someone closer to this subject, than those who have written books in the past. Holy Blood, Holy Grail would not have even existed if this is the true story and would not have made as much money for the authors. I wonder why no one else contacted him, unless they did, and thought sensationalism would outsell truth at Barnes and Noble. Odd how a Dagobert exists and all these authors left THAT stone unturned. Could M.Dagobert by lying? maybe. Could HE be the real PoS? Again..maybe, but judging by his reaction to the questions I asked him and how he seemed pleased someone from the States was talking to him, I think not. He seemed a very learned man with no air of elitism or negative attitude. I reiterate, I will put those with a sincere agenda in direct contact with M.Dagobert. I explained the PoS list to him and he was unaware of its existance. This was a wonderful conversation and I am glad I made the call.
