While the Senate was in it final hours of deliberation yesterday (before
the voting), there was a congressman from Florida (could have been
Scarborough) who spoke in the House for quite a while. His problem was
with some Democratic ploy to mark the Republicans as being insensitive to
minorities. Apparently there are ads being circulated in Missouri about
this topic. I would venture a guess that ethnicity is becoming an issue
again, in the sense that certain Southern Congressmen and Senators are
being pointed at and Dershowiitz is voicing some disapproval against same
.. something to watch.
