-Caveat Lector- So what's with these contrail stories, really? What are we seeing here, a CBW experiment or a CBW op? Or is it a disinformation campaign, conducted to strike terror into our hearts perhaps, or a diversion to distract us from what's really going on to which TPTB do not wish us to attend? Let's pursue this a bit. Between us all we MUST have friends, or at least aquaintances, on the ground in the localities cited in these second hand, third and fourth hand reports that currently festoon the internet. Let's chase them down, every one of them, and forward the results here. Then we'll we can assess their veracity with the insight of our collective knowledge and experience. We could, for example, cross match them with each other, and of course with weather reports for the days in question. Remember, FIRST HAND accounts! This way we can either expose the truth of the matter to the light of day. If it is CBW, we'll know. Or it is disinformation we be able , at the very least, to assertain the leghths to which the perps are willing to go to sustain it. This alone would tell us a great deal about what they are up to. In the meantime we would all do well to look into the history of this sort of thing. To that end I'me posted the following, the text of a pamphlet I wrote a few years ago.
