This is legitimate, folks. The good news is that HAPPY99.EXE can be dealt with easily. The bad news is that if you get infected, it means you've violated the first rule of email hygiene: *never* (NEVER NEVER) open or run an attachment to an email without first letting your antivirus program check it. Save the attachment to a special folder or a floppy disk, then run your AV on it.
