would be in harmony with an oppressive agenda, so the powers-that-be won't
have to rake him over the coals to try to get him out.

In theory the President should have access to everything but in reality he
doesn't. I agree with some of your comments here, but the implication that
Clinton is out of the loop and therefore has no responsibility in this or
other matters is simply wishful thinking on your part. Even if he does not
have a hand in this matter he has ordered the murders of thousands with our
technology, and DEFINITELY has ordered more funding for black ops projects
that will deal out death to more people, and encroachments on our liberties.
He has ordered this additional funding and knowingly approves of it, so is
just as guilty as if he did the nefarious deeds himself. As far as Bush goes,
there will be kid glove treatment to be sure, he is "the golden boy" after
all, but there will also be the dialectic at work. Right, left battling it
out for the minds of Americans. Just a show, so when you see the kid gloves,
and then see the "hard hitting pieces" (which are nothing but fluff stories
designed to pass in the night), know that it ALL is part of the game.
