Russian science has no real credibility in the West.
They appear to have hacked out and disrupted some neural nets - which can
repattern themselves if exposed to future drugs and drug/peer group.
Countries in the Far East have already unsuccessfully tried this technique
by chopping off hands as a cure for an addiction to theft.
It remains to be seen whether the psychological castration of Clinton
by impeachment is a cure for further philandering :)
