According to the evil theory of the corrupted LEO & operatives in current surveillance system, their principle is that every citizen's life does not belong to himself/herself, but rather belongs to their life controllers (the corrupted LEO & operatives who control & spy on the citizens) in surveillance station/system. In the life control surveillance system, the corrupted LEO & operatives secretly demand that everyone's life (including the lives of citizens & their children) can be manipulated & sacrificed to pursue their corrupted interests. Therefore, they do not allow any citizen to resist their unlawful power or resist their remote life manipulation in surveillance stations/system. Furthermore, they secretly demand that every citizen must ignore any life manipulation of him to suit the life control goal or interests of the corrupted LEO & operatives. Otherwise, one will not be allowed to live normally in society. The operatives have been instructed with the above philosophy and that's why every operative will keep ignoring any life manipulation against their relatives. It means that beside their spouse & children, the corrupted LEO & operatives will not be concern with any life manipulation of their relatives (even their own parents'lives are not s concerned or protected by these corrupted LEO & operatives). Therefore, the above theory & actions have proven that not only do these LEO & operatives intentionally oppose our Constitution & have been seriously corrupted, but they also have become inhumane & extremely selfish. That's because not only do these corrupted LEO & operatives pursue their own interests & power to control other's lives, but they also demand that everyone's life can be manipulated & even killed (including their parents, brothers, sisters, etc.) to suit the unlawful interests of life control surveillance system and the personal interests of corrupted LEO & operatives. When their relatives'health/lives are manipulated by other operatives, these corrupted LEO & operatives will intentionally ignore it. Furthermore, to assist other corrupted LEO to cover up the truth and mislead society, these operatives will falsely accuse their relatives as mentally ill if their relatives kill their co-worker or supervisor because the relative is aware of his/her health/life being manipulated or mind controlled. After the operatives make the false accusation on their relatives, LEO can easily confirm the operatives' opinion to mislead society and then close the case. It is their goal to avoid further investigation on life control cases & avoid the attention of our society on such murder cases (which are committed by life control victims). Therefore, life manipulation & life control in surveillance system can still be kept a top secret in our society. It means that every citizen must give up one's rights of life in surveillance system and humbly accept any life manipulation of them in surveillance system. Even if the corrupted LEO & operatives induce death on those citizens to pursue their corrupted interests, citizens are not allowed to refuse to die or take action against this decision of the corrupted LEO & operatives. If citizens can follow the above evil life control theory, they are allowed to live normally until the next time corrupted LEO & operatives decide to use the remote life manipulation method on them. However, if any citizen is aware of being manipulated and refuse the above demand of corrupted LEO & operatives, he will be falsely accused as insane or tortured immediately in surveillance system until they induce his death. The theory is also to pursue the ultimate goal of life control on everyone. To extend their control power to every corner, local LEO gave recruited many operatives from business stores' owners (or mangers). Although these operatives come from every corner of our society and take part in the life control surveillance system, it didn't change this life control surveillance system to suit the interests of our democratic society. Why? After using remote life manipulation on other citizens in surveillance station, these corrupted LEO & operatives have enjoyed wielding their own unlawful life control power on others. Since these corrupted LEO & operatives don't even love their relatives, it has shown that they will not really love or protect any other citizen's life in surveillance system. Therefore, current corrupted LEO & operatives control or manipulate citizens' lives in surveillance system based on pursuing their unlawful interests and are not for the security or interests of our nation & society. That's why the corrupted LEO & operatives only seek to collect everyone's life/health information in order to control every citizen's life in surveillance system. Therefore, criminals and spies will always exist because this surveillance system is mainly used to control the lives of all law abiding citizens instead of pursuing criminals or searching for spies (please see details on my web-site Part I & Part III). Although the corrupted LEO secretly demand that everyone must give up their rights of life in surveillance system to suit their own interests, they will never admit it to avoid their crimes being exposed. That's because such kind of demand & theory are obviously criminal, selfish & unconstitutional. There is an axiom: If one is afraid of his crime to be known by others, it must be a serious crime. Since the corrupted LEO & operatives are afraid the remote life manipulation & death inducing techniques in surveillance stations/system to be known by others, it has shown that they should have committed more serious crimes in the life control surveillance system. For example-The inducing heart attack technique What is the difference between the artificial heart-attack & regular heart-attack? What is heart-attack? According to American Medical Association-Family Medical Guide, its explain as below. An artery is more likely to be blocked by a blood clot (a condition known as thrombosis) if atheroma has already built up within its walls. A blood clot in a coronary artery can cut off the blood supply from part of the heart and cause a heart-attack. However, before a normal person has a heart attack, he should first have the coronary artery disease. A person who has coronary artery disease will have a condition called Angina (this is a name for pain that occurs when the muscular wall of the heart becomes temporarily short of oxygen). Normally the coronary arteries that supply blood to the heart can cope with an increased demand (of oxygen), but the ability is restricted if one has the coronary artery disease or high blood pressure. Angina--a feeling of pain or tightness. Angina usually occurs during physical over exertion or emotional stress. It means a person with coronary artery disease will have pain when over exercising or feeling strong emotions (the heart muscles required more oxygen under these stressful conditions than the narrowed coronary arteries can delivered). Since the doctor advice that the patient with angina do not be afraid to have sex intercourse, it has shown that the normal physical exercise will not cause a patient (with heart problem) to have heart-attack. So, before a normal person have a heart attack, he should have obvious symptoms of high blood pressure and Angina. If one doesn't have these symptoms before, then the heart attack is obvious an "artificial heart attack". An "artificial heart attack" can easily occur on unknowing citizens without any of these advanced warning. That's because the artificial heart-attack is caused by the corrupted LEO & operatives with radio-frequency weapon. Based on National Institute of Justice report on March 1993, the information of 4/94 SCIENTIFIC AMERICAN report, MICROWAVE NEWS Nov/Dec 1993, and NEXUS magazine, it prove that state & local law enforcement have used the mind control equipment (microwave voice equipment-Voice synthesis) and life control weapons (microwave, infrasound, radio-frequency weapon, electromagnetic pulse weapon, etc.) on civilians. The Radio-frequency weapon--a powerful, deadly, high frequency weapon and mainly used to destroy a victim's heart function outside one's home (a way to murder people and make it look like as if these people died of natural causes). The powerful narrow beam of radio-frequency intensity will be increased to penetrate a target's chest and destroy the heart function or cause heart failure, so the person appear to die from a heart-attack on the surface. Under such kind of attack, the radio-frequency will make target to feel pain, heaviness, tightness, or squeezing in your chest. Also, the target will always feel a strong pressure which focus on his heart. This strong pressure is obviously from outside (attack from the angle of above-the strong pressure should be caused by the narrow beam of radio-frequency), a senior citizen or a unknowing person will be killed immediately. Ray's lawyers have promised him a lot of things, including large sums of money through the sale of a book. Later, Ray wrote to Memphis judge Preston Battle and requested permission to withdraw his guilty plea and stand trial, which would have opened up the whole conspiracy, including the mystery man, Raoul. Under Tennessee law, it would have been *only* Judge Battle, as the sentencing judge, who would grant such a review. As he was considering the case, Judge Battle was found dead, laying over Ray's petition! Supposedly, "heart failure"! (We call *that* a "CIA heart attack".)-[Current LEO & operatives also can use rado-frequency weapon to induce heart-attack in surveillance station or system-Alan Yu note). Ray spent *years* winding around the courts, trying to get a *trial*! Finally, in 1976, a three-judge federal appeals court panel was hearing the case. During the oral argument, federal appellate judge William E. Miller said *he* was in favor of forcing state authorities to re-open the Ray case. As he was later working on the decision, Judge Miller died -- supposedly a "heart attack". Then the other two judges issued a written opinion of the court rejecting Ray's appeal! They said Judge Miller, by then dead, had agreed with them before he died; we have only their word for it. We believe both Judge Battle and Judge Miller were murdered at crucial points in the Ray case. The Patty Hearst case went up for grabs because the trial judge, Oliver J. Carter, died of an alleged "heart attack" just before passing final sentence. Kept out of the trial was documentation showing the involvement of the CIA with the so-called "Symbionese Liberation Army", interwoven in the case. Instrumental in the cover-up were stories of *Chicago Tribune* reporter Ron Cosio(sp?), *linked* to the federal spy network. ==== Second case, in 1995, a former head of Taiwan's National Security Bureau died of a "heart-attack" in a public bath pool in Taipei. This death occurred two days after he announced that he would write a memoir. His widow claimed that "her husband has never had any heart problems in his life" (supported by the history of his health record) and requested an autopsy to be performed in order to determine the true cause of his death. Unfortunately, the invisible sound or radiation wave weapons (so called nonlethal weapons) leave no external injured evidence. Therefore, beside the autopsy saying that the victim died of heart failure, the widow found nothing. Based on the widow's claim and the way which her husband died, this case had attracted a lot of attention. Based on insider information, the victim was killed by Taiwan's corrupted LEO & operatives to avoid the life control system secret from being exposed. 2. The corrupted LEO & operatives can use the radio-frequency weapon to attack a target's heart muscle from target's back. The powerful radio-frequency will force the target's heart beat to increase dramatically. The artificial heart attack will have the symptoms of sweating, weakness, nausea, etc. That's because the radio-frequency could attack on different part of body. The corrupted LEO & operatives will then increase the intensity of the rado-frequency weapon on their target in order to force victim's heart beat increase extreme high. The sudden abnormal & extremely high heart beat rate will cause the victim's heart to fail. This is achieved (when the high frequency is focused on the victim's heart muscle) causing the person's heart beat to increase continuously until the heart fails (thus killing the victim). It means that this weapon can destroy a target's heart function (cause victim's heart to stop working) with two different ways in a kilometer range. It can either be used to kill the targeted person directly by destroy his/her heart function, so the person appears to die from "heart attack" on the surface; or force the target heart beat increase dramatically (extremely high heart beat will increase continuously until victim's heart fail). It will force the victim to have abnormal heart beat and cause the person to die from heart failure. For example, the FL. Governor Lawton Chiles' death (please see detail on my web-site Part XVI). Also, that's why in the cases of NY Bombing, OKC Bombing, the corrupted LEO & operatives didn't notify the citizens, federal employees to evacuate although LEO knew these crime in advance (see detail on my web-site Part XIV-B & C). On internet, we have read that some LEO claim that if they knew the above crime in advance, their friends & relatives should not also become victims in the above case. Comparing with the life manipulation evil theory on above, we know that the corrupted LEO & operatives even don't concern their relatives' (parents, brothers, sisters) lives to be manipulated, how could they have real friends & relatives (beside other life controllers & their spouse & children). Also, I know a case, an operative's mother's life has been manipulated in the operative' home by other operatives in order to suit their corrupted interests. This operative (the old mother's son & daughter in law) intentionally keep ignore it until the mother's leg broken for life manipulation (as if felt down on the floor). It does show that these corrupted, inhumane, selfish LEO & operatives only pursue their own unlawful power & interests in surveillance system. Since Florida Governor Lawton Chiles' life had been manipulated & was assassinated by some corrupted LEO & operatives from surveillance station (system), it has proven that every citizen's health or life can also be manipulated in surveillance (station) system by the corrupted LEO & operatives remotely (without most victims' knowledge).
