Missing Child Found
***The following is a repost of a notice that had been on the City's website
regarding the disappearance of little Krystava Patients Schmidt. This is being
reposted due to the continuing volume of calls and e-mails received regarding
this story.
The City of Mounds View would like everyone who has received an e-mail message
concerning the abduction of Krystava Patients Schmidt to know that the girl was
located just days after her disappearance in July of 1998. Fortunately, Krystava
was returned safely to her overjoyed mother.
Both the mother and the City would like to thank everyone who has phoned,
e-mailed or otherwise contacted the City regarding this case. If you have
recently received an e-mail message regarding this case, please send a reply to
the sender indicating that the Child has been found. Feel free to e-mail a copy
of this page or the URL if anyone requests verification.
