In September 1987 Omni Magazine reported that Bitish Antarctic Survey discovered a "sharp decrease in atmospheric column ozone ever in September and October, starting in 1977." Now this all began when the Soviets sarted their electromagnetic woodpecker Elf Weather Engineering transmitters, just like we now have - US set up Elf weather modifying transmitters in Alaska and in Norway, and as a result a large hole in the atomosphereic ozone developed over the Artic region. This came from a well documented paper, and perhaps only a nuclear engineer like Beardon could understand how it works. Me, it just witness the signs; maybe the buzzards won't make it to Hinckley, Ohio and end up with the Swallows in Capristano....and maybe when ship to shore communications goes out, which is the case when this program goes into full force....and when my roses are blooming in December in a foot of snow, which they did.....well, its just little things like that. Some people think birds are omens; when I see a yellow bird lying dead by a bank, on a windy day.....I wonder why I had to find it. At least, I gave it a proper funeral. Did you ever notice how they always say "The Scientists said"....and never mention their names - even Marilyn Monroe got to communicate with Albert Einstein before she died....no wonder J.
