If U.S. soldiers on U.N. duty commit war crimes or crimes against humanity, I would damn well hope they would be prosecuted. And it's clear that American courts won't mete out real justice--just look at the My Lai "incident" for an example: Calley was convicted, but Medina, his C.O. and the man who ordered the massacre, didn't even have his wrist slapped. I don't care if it's not an American court that prosecutes American soldiers for crimes committed overseas; in fact, it's better if it *is* an international court under U.N. authority.
