Our first step was to collect data from creative subjects who could report back to us on their reactions. We now have data on over 250 observations and are pretty well acquainted with the factors which determine positive, insightful or negative reactions.<BR> <BR> We are now beginning a new series of investigations on the therapeutic and educational uses of these substances. We also plan to continue studies comparing psilocybin with other consciousness-altering drugs-mescalin, psilocin, mushroom extracts and some natural products.<BR> <BR> We are interested in your work with mushrooms of greater activity than the Sandos products. There is no doubt in my mind that the fresh mushroom contains active substances not present in psilocybin. When you get to the stage where you have sufficient materials on hand for clinical studies we would interested in adding your products to our comparative studies.<BR> <BR> Any information you could send me describing your work would be appreciated.
