Seriously whatever, to be sure... I think he blames Lincoln for
fomenting the US Civil War, much as Milosevich forced the bloody
dissolution of the old Socialist Republic of Yugoslavia. Not that
Slobodan has signed many Emancipation Proclamations in his day...
