Hi, I'm Ed Light, born 1947, one of many captives of the mind-control "cabal's" microwave anti-personnel projects. As I type this I'm being forcibly zapped (click to see an xray of the result). The Mind Control Forum, headquartered in California, is my personal contribution to the resistance to the plutocracy's mind control conspiracies. It's aim is to provide plenty to read in the way of background, current events, and victims' and supporters' stories! The MCF is blessed with visitors from 60 countries -- see the statistics page. The stories from victims of mind-control include much about remote electro-magnetic experimentation, including graphics of brain implants and damage. You can check the Resources page, listed near the top of this home page, for some excellent ones. As far as I know, this was the first mind control website! (Or maybe Tom Porter's was.) As they come up, I'll add current items of interest. People, including myself, are being damaged by spy planes (unless there are some atomic satellites up there). Others, including children, are being shaped to be dirty tricks agents for the covert services. Some ex-servicemen can't get over experiments that were done to them. I hope you will find this site helpful and informative. One caveat: I have no way to check the veracity of everything that's here, and some of it could be from provocateurs. However, I know that there is more than enough solid evidence on these pages to bring the imminent threat of the mind control conspiracies to everyone's privacy and peace of mind out where it can receive critical attention. 1998 Update Since it's inception in the winter of 1995, the Mind Control Forum has had the blessing of many contributors. It now has over 60 victims' personal stories, and exceeds 10 megabytes. Although it has been gruelling keeping up with the many contributions coming in, due to my continual electro-shocking, it's awesome to realize that the site has become a major player in the abolition of covert human rights abuses of the human mind. You're on the Home Page, which leads to the four Key pages. These are listed in the Table of Contents, near the top of this page. At the bottom and top of the Home and Key pages is the following navigation bar leading to each: Home Archives News Resources Search Victims Notice that the name of the page you're on is italicized. The key pages link to documents and other sites and contain introductions to many of them. Other MCF web pages you get to (usually from the Key pages) have this at the bottom: MCF Home Page Clicking on it from one of them takes you to the top of the Home Page (this page), where you'll find the navigation bar under the pictures. Text files found in the Archives section leave you on your own. Just click your "back" button to backtrack to a webized page, or choose a page from your browser's history list. Be sure to add this page to your browser's bookmarks so you can get back easily after following a link out to other sites. Contents Frames. Some of the larger documents offer the optional frames format. The frames view loads the Table of Contents into a top frame, 30% of the screen, and the full document into a larger bottom frame that's 70% of the screen. The Table of Contents positioned in the top frame allows you to jump around the document in the bottom frame to it's various headings. The contents stay visible at the top. With some browsers you can drag the border between the frames with the mouse to change their relative sizes. Both frames, of course, have vertical scroll bars, so you can browse the contents and document normally. When you first load one of these pages it loads in full-screen mode. You have under the title a link for frames and a link for full page. If your browser does frames, you can select that. The table of contents is shown in the top frame and the top of the page is shown in the bottom frame. You can click the link for full-screen to get back to that. Be aware that the Table of Contents won't take you everywhere in the document until it has completely downloaded. Some links in frames versions will take you out of the frames, for instance, another web site or key page. You can hit your back button to get back. Links to sub-topics on other key pages will stay in the bottom frame. At the top of the top frame's table of contents is the navigation bar to get to the other key pages, and the ones that have frame versions will come up as frames. Contents Submitting Material for Publication Please note that since MTC is taking over the site, they may rewrite this part. You can have a hyperlink to your email address associated with your material. Please have stories/items spell-checked and proofread; if they are very long, you can use headings and sub-headings and list them in a table of contents at the top. I will make them into hyperlinks. Also, if you can, please include a separate short introduction I can use. Then I won't have to read the story, which helps alot. You can send your picture or other graphics to go with your story as a computer file or as a hard-copy photo for me to scan. Some clearly printed or typed documents can be converted to web pages using OCR, though this is a last resort for people who can't keyboard them into computer text. Some people like to show an image of an original document to show that it exists, then have the text from the document on a regular web page. I am unable to answer much personal mail! Normally I put it on right away unless a person goes off to redo it and never gets back. There are some neat stories pending like that. Contents ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ -- If You Save Pages to Disk In short: If you save an MCF page to your disk, it won't be able to find the other MCF pages except others that you've saved there. It will find any links to other sites by going online, but expects to find MCF pages in the same location that it is. This allows me to offer MCFWEB.EXE (ZIP also available), the entire web that you can download and run on your hard disk without being online. You create a directory for it, run it to create the web, then delete the original mcfweb.exe file. You can use the open or open file command on your browser to load index.htm and start browsing. Normally, if you save a web page and click a link to another, you'll find yourself going online (if you're not already) to get it from the net. This wouldn't work for having the whole web on your disk and browsing it offline. So you can be browsing the MCF on your hard disk and go to another net site from one of the links in MCF. If you should find a link to MCF out there, as on Martti Koski's web site, and others, and you're running MCF on your hard disk, be aware that the link will take you to the MCF web site, not back to your hard drive. You can use the "back" button or the "history" feature on your browser to get back to an MCF page on your hard disk. Contents ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ -- Free Fonts For Easier Web Reading As of 3-97 Microsoft has the Georgia TrueType font available for free downloading at: http://www.microsoft.com/typography/fontpack/default.htm I use this font myself now instead of Times New Roman. You download it, install it in Windows (they also have a Mac version), and set it to be your browser's default proportioral font. I had to reduce the size setting one point (from 12 to 11) to get it to fit properly on the screen. The great advantage to Georgia, besides it's nice looks, is that it's much easier to read on a monitor than Times New Roman. You can also use it in all your off-line programs. Additional fonts are available there, including Mac versions of the Windows fonts.
