Can someone please send me the URL to the time line or tell me where I might
find it . My state is amongst those listed and this is something I most
definitely can seek my teeth into !!! Also for anyone who is in a state not
represented that has a good factually based point or two to make about this I
would be most happy to incorporate your thoughts into my reply .
