I am from Yugoslavia. From Belgrade.
I have been following this list and asked myself am I on the right =
place. This is supposed to be for the spiritually more developed people =
than ordinary, or at least for us who are trying to be that.
I have some friends over America. So I understand why you made a =
mistake. This is not second wrong. It is the third one. For over 50 =
years now Albanians have been sistematically cleaning Kosovo from the =
all others but them. During comunisam nobody could speak of it, and it =
was done quietly, slovly. For the last 20 years, since Tito died, they =
were building their Army, and none of the politicians had couragge to =
cope with that problem. There were about 50% of them after the World War =
II (before it there were even less of them). During last 50 years they =
were killing, one by one at the begining, torturing to make others run =
away.=20
Now, when they tried to separate Kosovo from Yugoslavia, now having real =
Army which grow stronger after war in Bosnia, our country had to react. =
I don't want to argue about pro and contras. What you ought to know is =
that they have Albania, if they don't like Yugoslavia, but we don't have =
other country. Yes, democrasy is something which is not reality here, =
but it is problem all of us, not only theirs.=20
Do you know that every time people here get organised to fight for =
change in the politics, USA threaten us for something. I ask myself: is =
it possible that USA don't have psychologist who know that however we =
fight in our house when somebody threaten us from outside we leave our =
problems for later. They/you keep him in power.
By the way, there are civil victims here, in places where there is no =
military at all. I suppose that medicine factory is important in war, =
but still, it makes medicines for children, too. How about old churches, =
under protection of the UNESCO, which are completely out in the fields?
How about civil hospital?
