The feds are slowing usurping the powers of the lower Courts contrary to
law. All Courts the judges must be elected by the people with the
exception of the Federal Courts.
Here in Ohio, we have a Federal Judge who heads up the system who is
over 90 years old, and the non=eledted Referees run the Court. One
Federal Judge arrested for a drunk driving charge escaped notice; and
here is the beginning of newspapers controlling the Courts.....slowing
taking the lower Courts jurisdiction by passing these laws....and what
is behind this?
Protecting the big drug dealers who remain in the background, reaping in
millions....with their summer homes in Florida in vast estates with
docks, landing strips....and yes, watch the market drop when a big bust
takes place.
You cannot run the lower Courts; the judges are elected. The Federal
Judges - these are the ones elected for life....by appointment, not by
ballot.
Watch out here.....anyone - give me an application to join the
Militia......I finally see the light.
