A scientist claimed that he was asked to participate in the government's
"Star Wars"
program, although he declined to do so. He maintained that he knew that the
program was not
at all what the government said it was and he wanted to have nothing to do
with it. However,
he also told us, as a scientist with obvious security clearance of some sort,
that he was in
an underground U.S. laboratory where he saw an alien there who was represented
as actually
being in charge of this particular underground laboratory. We had no reason
not to believe
this man, having some knowledge of his expertise as a scientist.
Richard Boylan: Well, first of all, "Star Wars" was never intended to shoot
down Russian
ICBM's. It always been intended to repulse extraterrestrial advances, if
necessary. And,
regarding this scientist, you appear to have valid information. When I say
the evidence is
shadowy I don't mean to say it's nonexistent. I've dealt with hundreds of
people who've had
ET encounters and I have listened carefully to what ET's have had to say to
them; if you hear
enough of these accounts you begin to see some overall patterns. My guess is
that we're
probably talking about (in the underground laboratories) a few misguided
extraterrestrials
who are working with the government, perhaps in the false belief that if they
share physical
science technology, the U.S. government will also want to listen to
information about their
culture, their spiritual ideas, their ideas about harmonious relations between
the
civilizations of different solar systems. The appetite in the military, in my
opinion, for
that sort of dialogue is very minimal, sort of,
"Yes, thank you very much. Now tell me how this ray gun works."
