a fine example to contrast my post but if you dig a little deeper you
would see that for every subsidy program the gov comes up with for the
poor, there are a thousand republican busybodies already in the works to
distort loopholes (placed intentionally by, guess who) so that the subsidy
is actuated in the most distorted way possible and it is a certainty that
only these distortions will recieve any media attention, as your story
illustrates.
