The obvious solution to the Blue Moon quandary is to have the 12 30-day
months comprise a 360-day year, with the remaining 5 or 6 days [depending
on leap-year] as an extra-calenderic period, Jubilee, unattached to the
'year'. Or we could ask the Reptilioids to blast Luna out of orbit.
