The following cover letter accompanied the Governor's letters: Dear Governor (name) Please find enclosed (#) letters addressed to you from CAUS members residing in your state. Each letter demands that you request federal intervention, pursuant to Article IV, Section IV of the United States Constitution, to protect them from an ongoing invasion. (See Citizens Against UFO Secrecy v. Department of Defense, CIV 99 0108PHX SMM United States District Court for the District of Arizona.) This invasion is constantly being ignored due to its strangeness, but it is an invasion nonetheless. Your residents describe this 'silent' invasion in the enclosed letters. Simply stated, it takes the form of continuous incursions in the skies over your state by aerial 'craft' which pose a threat simply by their ability to perform beyond present day technologically. Also present as part of this 'silent' invasion are nonconsensual trespasses, assaults, false imprisonment and kidnappings by allegedly non-human perpetrators. Affidavits are available from your residents swearing to these facts and circumstances. This 'silent' invasion is presently continuing and adversely affecting your residents, some of whom belong to CAUS. These residents have directed CAUS to act on their behalf in bringing all necessary attention to this matter in an attempt to stop these violations from continuing to them and their children. CAUS is prepared to take whatever steps are necessary, including legal action, if you fail to comply with this proper and necessary demand to notify the Federal Government and request its compliance with Art IV; Sec IV. Since the Department of Defense has denied having any information on the triangular UFOs, CAUS must prove its existence both in its present lawsuit against the DoD as well as in its future lawsuit against the state of Arizona. Only through eyewitness testimony in the form of affidavits, videos and photographs can CAUS accomplish this. The affidavit form is on the CAUS website. Department of Defense (information about the triangular shaped UFOs) The US Attorneys Office (representing the DoD) has rejected the arbitration proceeding and the lawsuit is now back on its normal slow path. 3) CAUS v.
