In all fairness to the police, I once witnessed an arrest where a 90
pound or so 60 some woman, beat the heck out of the police....breaking
glasses, sending one to hospital, andit took two officers each weighing
nerly 200 pounds to control her.
Why - well like the war over there - using minimum force, they could not
control this lady who appeared in Court, apologized, and was found
guilty of drunk driving.
However, if you could imagine these two hulks both of whom were over 6
foot, telling their side of the story, while this little lady limped up
to the stand (one leg shorter than the other) to tell her side of the
story......prior to the Court case, she told me "Honey, oh Honey, I was
so drunk.....I didn;t meant to hurt them".
People in the Court were horrified and did not understand that using
minimum control, one can take a pretty bad beating.
Police are there to protect and serve, not to inflict pain and suffering
on the innocent.
This Chicago case....if not for the broken leg...did this really happen
or is it propagnda and a set up. And this stuff should all be handled
on local level, by judges who are ELECTED by and ANSWER to the
people.....not Federal Judges, some of whom are out of control and serve
normally, their masters while sitting at their feet.

Face it - Federal cases are for the very wealthy....people like
Microsoft whom someone is obviously trying to hold up, and the big
companies....they now running the tobacco companies in the grave, while
permitting the oil companies to continue to sell their more deadly
poisons, like aiirplane glues that killed thousands of small children,
etc., but hardly worthy of notice by our judiciary.
