Not necessarily. Blanket statements are never an accurate assessment of the
capabilities of people. Some will do as you say, and some will not. NO ONE
but the people who commit the acts are responsible for the harm they cause.
If I see someone getting beaten and choose to do nothing to stop that I a not
guilty of beating the person. If, on the other hand my ACTIONS allow that
person to come to harm then there is some responsibility there. Many more
people who are not bigoted or racist would act in the very same manner, so
mindset is not a good judging factor when making blanket judgments, even when
the LIKELIHOOD of the action taking place is increased. No deed, no harm by
you, no crime by you.
