Dear Teo and List,
thankyou for your thoughtful and what I perceived as sensitive response to my
post. My objection to what was said was not the fact that it disagreed with
my beliefs - as you say anyone has the freedom to do that, but the belittling
way it was said. For example for someone to say, " I don't know how anyone
who has any sense can beleive this Christian rubbish " I would have no
problem with, as this is their opinion and they are entitled to it. I suppose
I may have overreacted and to leave in a ' huff ' would not be very mature,
so I back down and apologise not for my reaction to the post, but for my
impulsive response.
